Q) Where can I find my membership certificate/number?
A) Your membership certificate, containing your Membership number and Expiry Date can be found in your individual Dropbox folder, issued when you joined or renewed.
Q) What is the cost of insurance? Is insurance included with membership?
A) STA affinity scheme insurance is available to members once an application has been approved, it costs £50.86 and we provide a link in the welcome letter in your Dropbox folder to deal directly with Balens Insurance who administer our policy and are appropriately regulated to offer advice and sell insurance products.
Q) How do I renew my membership?
A) Usually if you have set up a recurring subscription (currently £60 per annum) you will send us money on the anniversary of your membership application, if you joined using the annual (currently £75) you will be required to follow the steps in the renewal emails and complete the online process. We do not currently accept card payments over the phone. You will receive reminders 30,20 and 10 days prior to expiry to your registered email address.
Q) I’m not receiving emails, is there a problem?

Q) What are the benefits of STA membership?
A) “Members only” access to discounted products and services, free to access CPD, Unlimited phone and email support, personal contact details for the Founder Gary who is happy to chat about industry related issues or general enquiries.
